One experience really sums them up. When we were having our concrete pool filled, the pool builder had unexpected problems finishing the pebble surface, delaying the water delivery. Instead of complaining about waiting time, they came up with solutions. They suggested using the water to soak our gardens, which desperately needed it during the drought, and then actually jumped into the empty pool with us and the pool builder to help get the job finished!
They worked well into the dark so we could get the pool filled, never complained and remained positive and helpful the entire time.
Over the years, whenever we've run out of tank water, they've always done their best to get water to us quickly. The owners are both full of practical advice, they have amazing intuition and a genuine care for people.
